We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Sales tax will be applied based on the shipping destination within Canada.

3. Shipping Policies for Canada

We offer reliable shipping across Canada from our Montreal base. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the size of the lighting fixture and the delivery location. OpportunityNest is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from OpportunityNest pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most unused products in their original packaging. Custom-made lighting fixtures or modified products may be subject to different return conditions. Please contact our Montreal office for specific return authorizations.

5. Limitation of Liability

OpportunityNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Professional installation by a certified electrician is highly recommended for all lighting fixtures to ensure safety and warranty compliance.
